snp Posted May 3, 2007 Report Share Posted May 3, 2007 basicaly my torrents wont start downloading.i use a semiens speedstream 4200i havent changed any settings, i just downloaded utorrent and started to download the torrent, it has downloaded but now it wont, well im not really sure, the bar down the bottom of the window says its downloading at 1kb/s same with uploading but apart from that nothing is happeneing.does anyone know what is the problem?
