This was ok as since I had done the tcp patch I was getting up to 150kbs during the day. I had some problems with the computer and was advised to wipe it and start again - didnt solve the problem but thats another story-. I reaplied the tcp patch and now I only get 50kbs during the day. The only difference is now I have norton 2007 installed. Is there any way to get my speed back while keeping norton. I am assuming it is something to do with the screening process it uses as I tried a trial of prevx1 and that slowed my download speed. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tinnguyen123 Posted May 5, 2007 Report Share Posted May 5, 2007 iono cuz im not a profesional or anything but u should delete norton.. i think it is the best anti-virus out there but norton was so crazy it block my internet connection from a brandnew computer...i have to call up my isp and HP (computer manufactorer) to help me uninstall it... And it certainly is not the best anti-virus application out there -- far from it, it's disgustingly bad considering its brand recognizability.
