Schmick
I've noticed that on my connection. If I upload too fast, my download drops almost to 1KB/s, and I basicly the internet stops for all other services.I limited it to 5KB/s, and it unclogged. Maybe I was uploading, using all my UL-BW to send, and that couldn't cope with controll paquets or AKN paquets, who knows.I agree on limiting download on slow upload. It's must be fair for all of us. In the meanwhile, I'm stuck to a 30KB/s Dl, and 5KB/s upload. Anyway, I get so many hash fails my UL/DL ratio is over 1.4, so I guess that's the way it'll be for a while. Ultima
@~~sHyLoCk~~: The torrent speed caps have absolutely nothing to do with your internet dying. Stick to your other thread.
