uTorrent completes and moves corrupted files

I have issues whereby if uTorrent loses access to a drive (Like a network drive for instance) and I resume the download uTorrent completes the file and moves it to the completed folder even though the file is corrupted/incomplete. Yes forcing a recheck works but should uTorrent do a check on whether the file is actually complete or corrupted before doing that? uTorrent does not seem to have a final file check.
