Piece size

Well I've recently tried to download a very large torrent (over 10GB or so) but then noticed that the part I need just a several small parts (only a couple of MB or so). However downloading them takes too much time (yeah, slow connection) as uTorrent downloads pieces of 4MB (usually more then one whole file).

Is there any way to change this to something smaller, 64-128KB for example? Or is this a global torrent limit?

The piece size is defined by the torrent.

No there's nothing you can do to change them manualy on an already-made torrent.
