bilbo01
Is 25kb/s the maximum upload speed i can expect, from a 2mb broadband connection. I ask this because i have utorrent configured correctly but i cannot exceed this upload speed. your input would be beneficial. Thanks
µtorrent-Guest
depends on your connection!unless you are in sweden then typical western broadbandconnections are asymetric in Download and upload speed. "Typical" is a 10:1 Ratio. So 25 kilobytes upload for a 2 megabit connection seems "normal range".Just ask your ISP how much upload your connection is set to and choose the CRTL+G value accordingly
bilbo01
Thank you. Looks like I need that 16mb connection after all
Switeck
Do note that your "2 megabit" connection only applies to download.Even the "16 megabit" connection may only have slightly faster upload bandwidth, so that might not help much at all.Ask about special closer-to-symmetric lines, though those are likely business-grade broadband and cost a lot more.
