schnurlos
When utorrent is set up correct acc. to the speed guide http://www.utorrent.com/setup_guide.php and the torrent is well seeded, you can reach the max. speed of your connection.Test it with one of the test torrents (after setup ) and you'll see! boanerges
i find that the ratio of dl vs ul effects your dl speed if you have ul more than you dl your dl speed should be good and the opposite is also true. yesterday after seeding overnight i had 1.5gb ul and 320 mb dl. that morning i dl a 700mb torrent in 38.5 minutes with an avg.dl speed of 311kbs and a high of 465kbs. and at the same time i was dl another torrent with an avg. 111kbs with a high of 190kbs it was slower due to the low number of seeds (less than 30) i was still blow`in away by this! it really does pay to seed!! so if we all keep on seeding to da max everybody involved will be better off for it! mahalo & aloha

boanerges
just seed as normal, minimize the the window & don`t turn off your computer. don`t worry this is ok, it won`t hurt anything, and it dont use alot of energy. but if you are very frugal you can turn off the moniter but not the computer for overnight seeding when you are asleep and not looking at the screen. hope this helps, aloha.
