my downloads all get stuck at 99.3%

hi,

I have been trying to download some music and all my downloads are getting stuck at 99.3% and then just freezing. The utorrent page says something about hashfails, D link routers and DMZ, but I don't know what any of this stuff is! I don't even see where DMZ mode is so I don't know how to check if it is on.

Can anyone explain how to get my music to finish downloading? You will need to do it step by step because I don't have much experience with utorrent and I don't understand it that well.
