why does the log keep showing the same peer being blocked over and over?

i didnt think the ipfilter added peers it only uses the ones you have listed

btw i did add one of the peers listed yet it still lists it

If it's incoming connections, it's probably because the other end is constantly attempting to connect.

If it's a small swarm, it's probably because of DHT/PEX.

oh ya i downloaded a ipfilter text file

it was 170xxx ips

is this over kill?
