tripswitch87
Help! When I run utorrent, as soon as it starts getting active and downloading/uploading, even at low speeds like 50kb/s, it becomes impossible to call webpages. www.google.com will just timeout. any other webpage will time out as well. I'm still able to talk on aim though and mirc. even ventrilo is unaffected.AS soon as I turn off utorrent about 10-15 seconds later the internet works again... Jakke
I take it you are using the newest beta (build 2151)? I have the same problem as well, but even when my upload/download speed is 0, I can't access websites at all. And as soon as I close µTorrent, I can browse the web normally. Weird problem indeed.Edit: Now I started µTorrent again and no problems browsing the web so far. Seems like a random bug to me, but not sure yet. Switeck
upload/download speed set to 0 means UNLIMITED, which is probably faster than your connection.Download can probably be left set to 0, since it's what others do to you.But Upload speed needs to be set via Speed Guide (CTRL+G)...make sure the KiloBYTES/sec upload speed limit set is actually REACHED by your connection or it may be just as bad as leaving it at 0.
