El Falcon
Recently I have found that the download rate starts off strongly (100-200kbps), but quickly decays to <1kbps. I have a cable connection with Homechoice in the UK, who do not restrict bandwidth to uTorrent. I have a reasonable upload rate (60kbps). I can see that there are several peers to download the file from as initially I get high speeds, made up from several peers, but then the downloads on almost all of the becomes sero, even though I am uploading to some of the same peers. Also I have enabled portforwarding successfully.Any suggestions would be welcome. Ultima
... What is your connection's maximum upload rate? If you're not sure, check the Speed Guide.

Ultima
... Is that in kilobytes per second, or kilobits per second? Care to give a screenshot of (or copy and paste) exactly what was shown on the speed test page?
