For example, why are some of my uploading torrents green while others are red (even though neither are downloading)? What do the numbers mean under the seeds and peers column? In other words, I know what a seed and a peer is but what is the difference between the numbers inside and outside of the parentheses? What is the ratio? Is it my ratio or the ratio for all peers?
