Resuming downloads on 2 different computers, two different ratios

Hello there,

I started a download on my personal computer and it was 35% complete when I stopped it. I then resumed downloading the same torrent on another computer but noticed that the completed percentage was not 35%. After 10mins, I did a re-check of the file and that brought the completed ratio back to 35%. So is the integrity of the file compromised in anyway because the second computer had already downloaded data based on a "wrong" complete ratio?

Incomplete pieces are presumed damaged/lost and redownloaded from scratch.

This only occurs when transferring torrents between computers and not preserving µTorrent's .dat files containing info on partial pieces.
