New and here and in desperate need of advice

Hi Y'all,

Just yesterday u torrent just quit working, I mean it opens and I can add torrents but nothing is dl or ul from any sites, some show zero seeds and peers, while others show lots of seeds and peers. I worry my ISP has done something

How do I check if my ISP has banned/blocked (or whatever they do) bittorent activity?

I live in Bangkok and use Buddy Broadband, its really inexpensive and has worked great for the last six months, but its useless to me without filesharing.

FWIW, many/most Asian ISPs are notorious for throttling their users. I wouldn't be too surprised if they started throttling, seeing as how they're inexpensive, and they probably need to conserve resources.
