File list sorting by name is case sensitive

When you column sort the list of files in a torrent by name, it appears to be done in a case sensitive manner. Files that start with a lowercase letter are below all files that start with a captial letter. That is, the sorting order is A-Z then a-z. I think that sorting by name should try to match the way that the filesystem does it. In window's case, it is case insensitive. There also might be some rules for files with numbers in the name.
