Improve the Padding Size of the Encryption like eMule

Could be increaset the padding size for obfuscated TCP connections like have made eMule?

With this improve now I dont suffer the throttle of my ISP.

Basically (utorrent) developers have already give up on this subject, so it doesn't matter what you suggest. Because "ISPs can to dectect all kind of traffic-patterns whatsoever/or the eventually will".

Basically "Get a new ISP" is the common response here. I don't if they are right but the attitude to stronger encryption/obfuscation here is that it's a waste of work.

There's been discussion on what to do to make PE less detectable, but nothing will be seen until 1.8.

Probably the eMule feature isn't a final solution but seems that its working with a lot of ISPs.

The option of "Get a new ISP", isnt realist, ISPs that throttle p2p connections are growing really quickly and soon every of them will implement this countermeasure. On that moment obviously uTorrent isnt going to be really useful.

If uTorrent doesn't adapt, another one will do. For example on this moment BT protocol it's dead for me due my average speed it's 5 KB/s and I'll change to the first app that implement a solution to this problem, even if I lose a lot of the features that I love from uTorrent.
