duke lion Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 Hi.I'm running a Zyxel Prestige 650r-31 through a Linksys Wireless-G.I've tried setting up a static IP and then forwarding the port for Utorrent, but when testing the port it says it's not forwarded??Currently I'm downloading a torrent, and I'm connected to 10 peers and got 27 seeds, but I'm only getting 30-70kb/s, and I've restricted the upload to 35kb/s. I have a 2mB/512kB so I should be able to get around 200-230kb/s.Is this because the port isn't forwarded? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lament Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 Start > Run > cmd [hit enter]ipconfig [hit enter]whatever it says under IP Address is what you should have in your router settings for the IP. do you have any firewall/virus software that could be blocking utorrent? I'm gonna setup the router in just a sec..I'm running the newest Zonealarm, and it's set too allow all connections.I'm also running a mcaffee antivirus.
