It all seems too good to be true!!!

Is there a genuine ISP in England that does not mess with your connection when you start downloading too much?

Is there an ISP in the UK which has not got a fair usage policy?

I am willing to pay extra money to know that I will have a no-nonsense, high-speed internet connection at all times, with no limits whatsoever. I don't want an ISP that tells me I have an unlimited connection....with a limit....that to me is completely misleading to get us to buy.

Please, somebody help. I have been given a migration code from current ISP and need to choose a new one in 30 days.
