Upload limits ignored (v1.7Beta+Vista)

Check if you have any local peers, they show in the graph but don't count towards the limit.

A local peer is one on the same subnet as you, on a private network (10 net, 192.168 etc), or with the 'L' flag set in the peer list for a torrent.

You can make these peers count toward the local limit by changing bt.limit_local_peers under Advanced settings. This setting was recently changed from true to false by default.

Thank you! I changed bt.limit_local_peers to TRUE and now it works smoothly: upload limits are enforced (even if I'm not on a private network)!

Anyway, without any other modification to settings, version 1.7 is much slower than 1.6.1 on the SAME torrents: 190kb/s against 75kb/s on average.

I've launched the Port Checker:

"Welcome to the µTorrent Port Checker.

A test will be performed on your computer to check if the specified port is opened.

Checking port 11966 on 82.xx.xxx.xx...

OK! Port 11966 is open and accepting connections.

You will be able to receive incoming BitTorrent connections."

My only protection shield is Vista's default firewall and uTorrent results to be UNblocked, if it could help...

Thank you for your support, I'll keep using uTorrent 1.6.1! :-)
