[Req] Update GUI when restoring utorrent from minimized state

I think a great feature to have would be to have utorrent refresh the GUI as soon as utorrent is restored regardless of the speed interval setting. This is particularly useful for people who have set longer refresh times (like myself).

Whenever someone restores utorrent from a minimized state, it's because they're curious to see how progress is coming (for example). As of ut1.2, when they do this, they may have to wait a bit until the refresh interval hits.

Hopefully this makes sense.

For people with a default interval of 1 sec this probably wouldnt' do much good, but if it was slower, I could see how this would be helpful. I believe your description is clear.
