1c3d0g
Some loser who decided to decompile µTorrent and modify it to suit his own leeching habits...
nightshifted
Maybe the fake µTorrent is not a hacked version at all, but some client that allows falsifying the ID string, such as BitSpirit, that the user is trying to make pass for µTorrent.[icedog's avatar has changed; does that mean users without avatars can add them again? I just got in before that function vanished and have been reluctant to try changing mine, figuring I'd end up with none.]
1c3d0g
Also possible. I've seen both BitVomit patches/mods that fake it as being a µTorrent peer, and a modified/hacked µTorrent client itself. :/

osm0sis
actually the ones that are listed as FAKE are the clients that falsify the ID string. the hacked µTorrent is, AFAIK, undetectable.

chaosblade
BO/W is BitsOnWheels, we should fix that one by now. Plus is BT++ or something like that, Animorc said something about it earlier here. Maybe kBOW is also BitsOnWheels or something based on it.
