Problem resuming torrents after crash

I lost power at my house today and of course the PC doesn't work very well without it. When I restarted my computer and ran utorrent (1.6.1) I had three torrents I was downloading, two were pretty big ones, 12 gig and 73 gig with several files in them. Instead of running an integrity check like it normally does after a crash Utorrent simply started these torrents over at 0%. The files I have so far are still in their original folder, that Utorrent has associated with them, the completed ones I can open up and run with no problem. Any ideas, I really don't want to start over on these.
