Netopia Modem + Linksys Router = Help a brutha out

Hi! Here is my ipconfig setup:

And here is what my Netopia modem says when I configured utorrent and XBOX live (I've set the port to the same port in Utorrent):

XBox Live Games Server 192.168.1.2

*Utorrent1 Server 192.168.1.2

My linksys is portforwarding to 192.168.2.11 But I still can't get the port to open. Can anyone point out the problem? I think its the Netopia modem server isn't pointing to the correct port but A> I'm not sure if this is the case and B> I'm not sure how to correct the server address in my netopia modem since it doesn't give me the option. It just allows me to create a NAT by choosing the port to open.

I have set up my static IP on my computer to be 192.168.2.11 and my router is running as automatic DHCP in it's setup window.

Any help would really be appreciated!! I followed portforward.com and did everything it said for my Netopia router and my linksys WRT54GS router, but I have a feeling it is the netopia NAT settings that are not pointing to the correct IP.
