what program do i use to open the torrent

for some reason mozilla is opening the torrents after i dl them, before i can get to the box where i used to be able to check which boxes i wanted to download, which program should be opening them?

Here are some posible answers to whatever you are asking:

2) Make sure Prefences -=> Downloads -=> Always show dialog on manual add is checked if Put new downloads in is enabled.
