Ultima
Your ISP is known to be stupid. Just thought you'd like to know. ISPs that throttle have been known to cause tracker connection issues like you're seeing.
LoveElla
Thanks I'm also aware because my ISP often cuts me off ....However, I was having totally no problem previously before reformat. Similarly my other friends also using the same ISP had no trouble at all...Any suggestions to overcome the throttle?
