OnO
I think current default icons are great, but they shouldn't include english text since uTorrent is suppose to be multilanguage application... so when I switch language I have still english text bitcoded into the toolbat icon images that's too bad.I believe it's just possible add selectively text to toolbar buttons without touching the toolbar images... so it is in my opinion more clear way to do it.Best regards! ScubaSteve
the text is part of the bitmap image being used as the toolbar icons on there own would be a far better choice. my recommend Fooods nice maqua ones should be used in future releases. I do like it, so here's hoping
1c3d0g
Yeah...FOOOD's mAqua is very fitting with µTorrent, and almost everyone likes it...
Chrono79
You can always edit the toolbar bitmap and translate (if you can, sometimes the space is not enough) the text.
abbad0n
Well if you hover the mouse cursor over the button it already pops up with text of what the button does (I assume this will work for asian or other non ascii languages when full unicode support is added), so the standard buttons could be replaced in the next versions with no text. Since I've never used the language pack, do the popups also change?
Chrono79
do the popups also change?Yes, they do.
FOOOD
Icons shouldn't have any text on them (of any language). You should be able to tell what the function of the button is by looking at the image. Otherwise what's the point of having icons? And like abbad0n says, if you hover the mouse over the button the text function pops up over the icon with the language used on your computer (in case you aren't too sure). So there's definately no need for text on the actual icons.
