Switeck
Are you trying to forward to a LAN ip in the router's DHCP range?

Switeck
Belkin routers are notorious for not being able to sustain more than 60 connections at once.High half open connection rates are too much for them. (...even µTorrent's default of 8 is HIGH here!)They probably cannot handle DHT, UPnP, or Resolve IPs (under peers window) as well for hours on end.You may have a software firewall on your computer interfering.Antivirus software, adware/spyware, and even many viruses+trojans can cause firewalled conditions.Lastly, if your uploading or downloading is overloading your connection then that too can cause firewall-like conditions.
