hopperdave2000
I was downloading a file, and it was going fine. It's now at 96.8% and it has the red downloading arrow. When I click the General tab, and update the trackers, I get the message: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." This came up out of the blue while a file was downloading. Why? What does this mean? Have I been banned from these trackers? If so, why? And if I was banned, how do I rectify the situation, and does that mean I can't download torrents again, ever???? I used Demonoind for a long time, and always had over a 1.5 ratio. Now that Demonoid has been down, it seems that I've had torrent problems, and now this. Any help will be appreciated.hd2k
Firon
The tracker's likely to be down.Try a torrent from here. http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/If it works, then it's not anything wrong with your setup.
