'utorrent is freeware, else you've been robbed' message starting v1.5

So I got banned again from Oink last night. Again I had done nothing knowingly wrong.

Yes I know this is site problem and not yours but I want to let you know that when I restarted utorrent this morning I got the message in a little in window much like the one in the title of this post. I can't remember word for word what it said. I was using version 1.5 as I like it.

Is this a known problem?

We don't support 1.5

Does the problem persist with the current versions (1.6.1 or the current 1.7 beta)?

No it only seemed to have done it once and now isn't doing it.

So it looks like I have been high-jacked.

I will upgrade to your latest version, just for me it seemed like you counldn't improve on a good thing.

Knowing Oink I better go and look for another invite.
