And I was wondering if anyone could give me any input - When I'm seeding a torrent that I have created and it is actively uploading to another peer, the process keeps going on and off.. I get fairly decent upload rates, but they are so inconsistent.. As in they work for 20 seconds and then don't work for 5 or 10 seconds and I was just hoping that someone could give me some input..Thanks in advance!
