banned?

Since I am new to a forum like this, I might put this - in the wrong forum ... so I hope you will be

overbearing.

There is some things that confuses me, a little.

As far as I can understand, there is ways that you can be banned by the different trackers.

I am curious about the conditions, for being banned.

As far as I can understand, I have been banned by "dvdquorum" and I wonder why???

*Is it because of the unstable lines - in Thailand?

(Until now, I have never got anything that I have transfeared with "MSN Messenger" - correct,

the first time I have got something from my friends in Norway.)

*Is it because we loose the electrisity - almost every time it is raining?

*Is it because I let my files seed for 3 to 6 weeks, because I understand that the others are

just as happy - as I am, when I have succeeded in downloading a film ... or whatever I have

downloaded.

As I haven't made the program.

As the program offers no way to be misused (at least - none - that I have discowered).

Then I see no way that I could have done anything that can have offended them.

If it is the lines in Thailand - or it is a hidden behavour of the program, that I know

nothing about - the they are punishing the wrong people.

AND - as this can happend - they should "put it on ice" - until they could be sure that

they did not punish people - for something they hadn't done - or could control.

One thing I've noticed about my peers from Thialand is that the same peer will reappear on a different IP. This should not be a problem, but sometimes the tracker will list more than one IP for you.

Perhaps an administrator misunderstands what is happening and banned you for being on the tracker with two or more different IP addresses.
