Cache overloading and weird download speed

I set download speed to 1000 kB/s and start a torrent. Download speed increases to 1000 and then goes on up to 6-7 MB/s.

Cache at that time is set to automatic management. In 'Speed' tab it is written, that current size is 23.9 Mb. But current load of cache constantly increasing up to full size of torrent. Then it starts to slowly write down pieces to disk.

I suspect that cache problems might be caused by problematic hard drive, but down. speed increasing over set value is strange to me.

Try turning off writing out unfinished blocks every 2min, or something.

Also, download limiting doesn't.. really work well.
