My downloads are all working perfectly get good rates, but my upload just fluctuates from like .5kb/sec-3kb/sec, sometimes spiking to like 10. My ISP is cogeco in ontario, I read on the Bad ISP list that it limits bittorrent bandwidth... but doesn't prevent seeding.. Now I could download at like 400kb/sec or w/e and still upload at like 3kb/sec... but after finishing uploading it stays at like 3kb/sec... I would've thought its less bandwidth (assuming cogeco simply limits bittorrent bandwidth usage), or does that only apply one way?Ports work fine... tried with an without encryption.. not sure what else to try.Any help would be appreciated :| Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
