but still not sure what to change i t does not look lik i have to open ports this is good but un sure about network option "banwidth limiting settings" and torrent options could anyone give me ther two cents?

my dsl is 1.5 down and 256 up

bandwidth limiting you should probably

limit download to 140 kbs

limit upload 24 kbs

that's what my friend uses and he has the same connection speeds as you.

i have 1 down 256 up and i use 110 down, 20 up, 25 up when seeding only. 75 connections per torrent 300 global.

why do u guys put a limit on ur downloads?

i would say so it does not take up all your banwith? is my guess

because saturating all of ur bandwidth isnt a very clever thing todo. it will degrade ur upload speed and will decrease performance of other applications using the internet.
