"Start Forced" in add new torrent dialog

i'd like to request a new checkbox to be added in the add new torrent dialog, so that we the torrent can be added to the list as forced

or maybe a combobox (1. add stopped, 2. start, 3. forced start) because there's already a checkbox "start torrent"..
