uTorrent does not continue after disconnect

Greetings,

I'm a new user, moved from azureus.

I find utorrent great program, but I face the following problem.

Version I use is latest.

My Adsl has random disconnects (ISP Problem).

UTorrent does NOT continue downloading / uploading after a reconnection and Internet is restored.

Anyone ideas?

It was the first thing I did, as before posting I checked other answers, including your link.
