Version 1.2 of µTorrent (and prior) fails to load acceptable range with 255.255.255.255 ip in it.

Example: 200.0.0.0-255.255.255.255

Making range like: 200.0.0.0-255.255.255.254 solves the problem, but it will be great if this bug will be fixed (no need to recheck ipfilter.dat each time it is updated by external script).
