soccplay8
Hi,I am about to get Fios with 20Mbps/ 5Mbps and i was wondering if there are any settings that should be changed to use these higher speeds to their maximum the potential. Also a 4 to 1 download to upload ratio seems very large compared to my former 4Mbps to 366Kbps. I would like to know how much upload and how much download I should use to see maximum pay off. Any other suggestions for Verizon Fios I would gladly accept.thank you
Firon
I'd pick the xx/2mbit option from the Speed Guide, then adjust the upload speed accordingly.
Switeck
More connections than xx/2mbit probably won't help, but if things run a bit slow increase your number of upload slots some. Just make sure each still gets about 10 KiloBYTES/sec.
