I always see something like: 218.10.68.251.broad.xx.xx.dynamic.163data.com.cn <- anyone recognize ever seeing that kind of host name often? They always have a China flag on them, and the client usually says BitSpirit, Bitcomet, or Flashget.And those peers aren't even a member of the tracker because they don't show up in this specific tracker stats. Uh is that supposed to happen? I thought encryption was supposed to be a good thing. The moment I disable it and restart the torrent, they go away.
