power blinked, now my downloads/seeds no longer appear or finish

my power blinked while downloading/seeding. when i restarted utorrent no files are registering. the files are still in the downloads folder just not being seen by the program. we're talking almost 10 GB worth, how do i get the downloads and seeds to continue from where they left off?

thanks for any help, please remember i am a novice, so laymans terms would be appreciated.

Basically, you need to reload the .torrent files found in %appdata%\uTorrent.

Thank you, Ultima, I opened uTorrent then did a search for the file that you led me to, then just dragged and dropped the torrents into the uTorrent window, and sure enough all went back to their original condition. It did scare me at first because it looked like I was about to start from the beginning when the torrent window opened, I was nervous to hit that 'OK' button.
