When my harddrive was filled I had to remove some downloaded files to the other disk. This did "destroy" my fairly good share.

How can I restore? My download speed now is terrible.

Maybe I should reinstall and start from the beginning? Or is my IP/computer marked forever as a untrustworthy user? :(

Pirates! Please advice.
