bmipp Posted July 25, 2007 Report Share Posted July 25, 2007 This has been months now but no one was in sufficient knowledge to know what is the problem after I have asked aroundI have a upload/dowload bandwidth for broadband of 384kb/1MbPreviously before my computer was sent for formating and reinstallation, the speed can shoot up to 150KB download per second...however, after that the speed is weirdly tracked around 20KB (sometimes go down to 15KB and then up to 23KB and get back...up and down) no matter what setting I'm changing and apply....if it were bandwidth shaping, would it be possible that the speed is still 20KB? i suppose no download can be done already right?Tracker was not being been connected as wellMy settings for uTorrent was as below:Speed trackedPreferences settingAny expert comment and help is well appreciated...
