Rare Problem

Hey here's my problem: my ISP only opens ports 25, 80 , 110 , 145 and i cant open new ports. I tryed to make work utorrent with some of this ports. when i do the ports check, it says

Checking port 80 on XXX.XX.XXX.XX....

OK! Port 80 is open and accepting connections.

You will be able to receive incoming BitTorrent connections

But when i open my utorrent, it appears only the yellow button.

EDIT: I've heard something about an option to work with the services ports. Will this work??

Please help me i really need this
