u torrent e mail

My firewall constantly asks me if i want to allow u torrent to transmit e mail i allways select allow, however after i have allowed the e mail to transmit my download and upload speeds go to 0 before starting again can anyone tell me why this does this ? thankyou u torrent ROCKS yeeeeehaaaaaaa
