Switeck Posted July 27, 2007 Report Share Posted July 27, 2007 Tiscali has become INCREDIBLY hostile towards BitTorrent programs and BitTorrent traffic.I'd be surprised if it works at all, even at dial-up speeds.Do a forum Search (menu item above) for Tiscali to see what I mean.
