Strange speed problem, I tried everything.

Hey all, I'm new here and this is my first post.

uTorrent used to give me like 150-250 and even 300 kB/s before, well, until now. Im downloading from TorrentLeech (Which is supposed to be fast as I know) And I get 0.1-5 kB/s. What is going on here? What could have cause this? This is so frustrating. I've followed EVERY speed guide there is out there, nothing helped. Still same crapy speed. The most stupid thing here is that I get like 300 kB/s when I download from HTTP downloads, which is the normal speed for my connection.

BTW I'm using version 1.7.2.

It's your ISP. A lot of other users on 012 are having the same problem.

Oh, but wait a sec, I used to get like 250~kB/s before WITH 012, what could happend now?
