cartoon Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 My configurations for Utorrent 1.7.2:-I tested the upload speed -213kb/sI selected 192kb/s uploaded speed in the speed guideAt the connection window , I input 19200 for globle bandwidth limited.Do I need to change queueing settings. How about each torrents has bandwidth Allocation->High,Normal,Low->upload/download limited.Do I need to change upload limited with respect with globle bandwidth limited ?What's the different between them ?
