treck Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 Hi!I've got Windows XP SP2 and uTorrent 1.7.2. The Internet connection is 100 Mbps Full-duplex, no NAT is used. When using uTorrent (no matter how much connections it makes) i have a problem establishing TCP connections - the speed of established connections is OK, but it passes time before a connection is made.No uPNP, port mapping is used.Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?Thanx.
DreadWingKnight Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 And what about incoming connections?Outgoing connections are limited by the tcp stack in windows.
treck Posted July 29, 2007 Author Report Posted July 29, 2007 Ok, how do I rase up limit of outgoing connections in Windows ?
DreadWingKnight Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 the now infamous tcpip.sys patch, but speeds won't be affected majorly by this.Incoming connections are not affected by the limit. Make sure you're reachable.
