Need help creating a torrent and seeding it.

Hi guys !

first of all, i just recently moved from Azureus to uTorrent and, well... its amazing.

really amazing job.

now my current problem i am facing is: i have a 600kb/sec upload speed, and 100+mb files that i want to send to friends. MSN Messenger however, only gives 50kb/sec avg ~.

i started looking for a alternative to send files, and uTorrent was open, and since it was a fairly new, i decided to find options. while looking for options i saw the link "creat a torrent". seems all my problems have been solved .. but i think im still missing something

i created a torrent, started seeding it, and gave torrent file to friends.

when i did not use a tracker, i did not give any upload speed at all. just did not upload .

when i uploaded my torrent to piratebay.com, again when they ran it, the upload did not go.

my port forwarding is open correctly, and any tips you may have, i am very looking forward to.
