summergurl Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 Hey!! Yesterday my utorrent was working perfectly. This morning, nothing!! Cant download or seed anything. All i am getting is red arrows. I am getting the error message "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" I am completly confused by this.
